I booked an appointment for my daughter and I. We were there for the initial appointment for over 2 hours- almost 3. We had to go back for a contact follow up and we were there for almost 2 hours again. For a follow up contact appointment. The optometrist was rude and was not pleasant to talk to. The front desk staff was so-so. They seemed annoyed while talking to me, but they did their job. Both doctors I see they’re great but the desk staff is horrible. They never want to answer the phone they sent you to voicemail even though they’re open, which is sad because they are a call, only scheduling place, one lady went so far as to answer the phone and hung straight up that is just sad makes you not even want to go to regardless of how good the doctors are.
