The wait time in here even when you're an established patient is ridiculous!! They book way too many people for what they can handle . So irritating !!! Do better !! Been here for over and hour as I'm typing this !!!
Receptionist is not friendly at all.
Front desk sucks like they're life haha didn't answer the phone when I called guess they were done doing the job!
I booked an appointment for my daughter and I. We were there for the initial appointment for over 2 hours- almost 3. We had to go back for a contact follow up and we were there for almost 2 hours again. For a follow up contact appointment. The optometrist was rude and was not pleasant to talk to. The front desk staff was so-so. They seemed annoyed while talking to me, but they did their job. The only saving grace of this establishment was the wonderful woman who helped my daughter learn how to put her contacts in. She was pa... read more
