The people I opened my account with seemed friendly enough which is why I gave 3 stars. The two stars deducted are strictly for the online banking software. Be warned before you come here, if you depend on online banking to do external transfers or even transfers between members, such as between you and your wife, forget it. You have to call them during business hours to do it. The banking software only does the very basics such as transferring between your checking/savings, e-statements, and bill pay. I have had far too many instances where My card will decline a Purchase when the money is available, if I'm trying to shop online or out at 3am or later. Its not acceptable to have so Many periods of unavailability to check my account after 10pm. There are people who work 3rd Shift and also who like to handle some of their online business during those hours when they're not working. In the past 2 weeks alone, There have been 19 instances where The Credit Union App or Website is unavailable or having to deal with Transactions... read more

Katie at this location requires some people skills. You do not berate a member who is calling with questions and cut them off nor act bothered by them. Learn not to be condescending or perhaps get a position where you are encouraged to be rude to the member. This Individual does not all embody the values of Mercy. Catherine McAuley would not be pleased...
