Just had a DOT physical with Dr. Zahid. He was very pleasant and I was in and out in two hours, which was a big improvement over previous visits.
Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am and didn't get in for 2 and a half hours only to wait in the room for another hour. Absolutely a waste of time
I walked in at 1pm for a urine drug screen and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. After waiting over an hour and a half later, I finally was called back and it took a total of 3 minutes! Every single person that checked in was told "it's so busy because everyone comes on their lunch", yet I have never had lunch between 1pm and 3pm. The front desk employee was beyond hateful to everyone. This is the first time I've ever gone here and will absolutely be the last!
Not sure what all the other reviewers are talking about. These folks took care of my whole staff of over 35 people within a period of a couple weeks. The facility is clean, they scheduled each appointment, and got my employees through in a timely fashion with minimal wait times. Not sure what more you can ask for. The practitioners, (Lindsay) are thorough and caring as they discovered several medical issues with a few of my people that they were not aware of.
