Beautiful. The staff were all very welcoming and happy. My family member is well looked after and the meals look so fresh and smell amazing.
Absolute disgrace!! The elders clothes keep vanishing, beds are filthy and staff are usually sitting in the lunch room on their phones it took me 10 minutes to find someone the help the other day.
We recently helped my wifes long term friend move into Bethseda Mercy Community Residential Aged Care. We used an aged care broker to help us select Mercy. Our friend has only been there a short time, but so far we have found the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful. The Residental Aged Care is part of the larger Nudgee Mercy Care facility set in beautiful parkland like grounds.
