I had a 10:30 appointment for a drug screening, wasn’t brought back until 12pm and I had to ask a couple times how much longer. To expect patients to show up ready to go and pee for their appointment and then make them wait for 1 1/2 hours is inconsiderate. If you don’t have a room to bring the patient to after the drug test to finish up the physical portion of the exam at least let them pee for the drug screening and then sit them back in the waiting room. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don’t even think about scheduling any type of DOT compliant testing here. Due to the blatant negligence of the staff, a DOT drug screen was lost (never sent). The staff here lied multiple times claiming to have fixed the issue while giving me fake fedex tracking numbers. Id recommend going elsewhere unless you have time to seek legal counsel.

I have had to send new hires here consistently for drug-tests or for TB test chest x-rays. I have always have the best costumer service, and incredibly polite help.

Tammy the nurse at this location is very hard to contact. Never in her office and hard to reach via phone. She is very rude lack’s compassion for others and very cut throat. Horrible customer bedside manner and customer service is very lacking.
