Only open until 4:30pm... Many of us work until 4 or 5pm and is difficult to contact, Mostly I have had MANY bills re-assessed by them that I have discovered charges wrong and data of payments and insurance provider discounts missing when bills came.

Sometimes good help often not so much. I honestly believe if the CEO would stop worrying about making multi millions annually for himself and paid his employees better and paid for good training and worked to keep costs down for customers, Mercy could be a good system. As it stands… Mercy has no mercy.

**I have active insurance, yet this company continues to push responsibility onto me, demanding over $4,000 for a simple ultrasound. Why should I be forced to pay such an outrageous bill when I was assured that my insurance would cover the service? Every time I reach out, I get no real help—only dismissive attitudes and misleading responses. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any healthcare provider. I just had a conversation with a man from your billing dept and I must say that he was extremely rude and condescending. He kept interrupting me while we were on the phone. I am very upset about this treatment.

Rate o almost four hours to get a doctor's note for work. Did bring one but was wrong name on it. Had to ask 9 times
