Sometimes good help often not so much. I honestly believe if the CEO would stop worrying about making multi millions annually for himself and paid his employees better and paid for good training and worked to keep costs down for customers, Mercy could be a good system. As it stands… Mercy has no mercy.

Why should I be forced to pay such an outrageous bill when I was assured that my insurance would cover the service? I just had a conversation with a man from your billing dept and I must say that he was extremely rude and condescending. He kept interrupting me while we were on the phone. I am very upset about this treatment.
Rate o almost four hours to get a doctor's note for work. Did bring one but was wrong name on it. Had to ask 9 times
If I could rate a zero I would. Been round to the clinic, billing, customer care, and the insurance department twice this merry go round is SO infuriating. I have to say the insurance dept and clinic staff were the most help and information. But the problem lies somewhere between billing and coding and that is a wall of circus mirrors you never see a way out. HELP ME OBI WAN YOUR MY ONLY HOPE!
