Every single driver I had was good but a few were actually stand outs Mack, Mike,, and Jeremy I believe were their names. I had very nice conversations with everyone. My only suggestion would be that the cars would be a little better smelling. None smelled bad exactly but rather maybe needed an air freshener to take the service just that tiny bit higher. I definitely rated on service and personalities of the drivers which was absolutely top notch

I would give this company a 0 stars if I could. They are not punctual at all, every time I have scheduled they are 15-20 minutes late. The cars inside are VERY run down and falling apart. One car was so bad I could see the metal underneath the entire door thats supposed to be covered. I did not feel safe. And the door didn’t even close properly. On top of that there has been various times where I schedule and then no ride shows up. 0 out of 10 I would never recommend.

Tried to schedule an appointment for my dad. Had a slight miscommunication with the worker on the other end as I wasn’t able to hear her well. She yelled at me and hung up the phone during the call.
