If I could leave -5 stars I would. We hired Shanthiny to file my elderly grandparents’ taxes in May. They rely on OAS and GAINS to pay for nursing home and palliative care costs. She failed to file their taxes properly, resulting in their OAS being cut and GAINS being stopped entirely. When confronted, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and refused accountability.
