We booked a tax filing appointment at Mercury Tax Etobicoke for 7:15 PM and even received a confirmation call that morning. Despite this, we waited over an hour. Initially, we were told we’d be next after two people, but later, they said there were still three more ahead of us. The receptionist blamed the delay on the tax consultant being late and customers bringing extra people without appointments. Very bad experience with time management, had booked appointment at 7.15 pm and waited till 8.15 pm and front lady informed still in line with 2 more people Infront. Left without doing tax after wasting 1 hour.
