I was tasked with the selling of my late brother-in-law’s Microcar. Simon was a great help with lots of advice about a car that I had no knowledge of. He had it moved from Margate to his premises, checked over & got it M.O.T. He then dealt with the sale of the car, which was very handy as I live on the south coast. I can’t fault the advice & service given. I can highly recommend Simon & Mercury RV

We have a 2009 Four Winds Hurricane 31D American RV that had a faulty hydraulic auto-level Keypad. This unit had been sent to an electronics repair company in the UK but they were unable to rectify the fault. We also contacted a number of RV dealerships both in the UK and the USA in an attempt to obtain a new replacement keypad. The UK based companies were unable to obtain a replacement unit while the USA based companies while having units in stock, refused to ship them to the UK. We use Mercury for all the maintainance on our RV. They really know their stuff and are always really helpful. We have always found them to be friendly and accomodating, Simon even picked me up from the local train station when i went to pick our RV up. i wholly reccomend them!

I’m new to RVing and bought a Winnebago with more problems than I realised! Simon and Les at I needed help from someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. SImon and Les lived up to this and more! Incredible understanding of all aspects of the vehicle, especially the habitation equipment. Found cost-effective solutions and gave solid advice and I never felt like they were milking my naivety. Very happy and will definitely go back for any future support needed even though they are not local to me.

I can recommend Simon at Mercury RV after having a full service (engine and chassis),habitation check as well as remedial work for the MOT. I was kept informed as to progress on work done with an honest appraisal of what was required to ensure that my RV was safe. I found him knowledgeable in all areas of my vehicle and a willingness to help me always helpful with advice and practical help. He is very approachable and always emailed back even taking me to a local train station when I was stuck without transport
