Been using the water taxi for over 2 decades. For many years I would have given Merc 5 stars .. but to have to unexpectedly sit on the boat for TWO HOURS from Eastbourne? Apparently this is the new normal!?. I don't even have any friends who could handle a choppy boat ride for this long. Fortunately I can, but l'll be finding alternate routes home from now on.. $35 to be stuck on a boat with no bathroom is stupid when they don't offer an alternative option.
