Insurance coverage and customer service are good, unhappy with business practices and "additional fees"
I spoke to the agent over the phone today, I was in need of roadside assistance for replacement of flat tire, the agent name is Barb, she was very impatient, unprofessional, didn't want to answer all the questions and concerned that I had, she kept saying that " How do I know? You go find out yourself! I do not know! And so on!". She also had me wait 45 mins on the phone without apologize when she returned back on the phone. Horrible experience, bad customer service.
Horrible service. If I could give a zero rating, it would apply. They have overpriced rates which increase even with a clean record and good driver discount because of "admin costs." And when you need them, they do nothing to advocate for their customer despite having been paid thousands of dollars in insurance fees. Karen Flores and Tony Nocerino are awful claims representatives.
