Although the attendants are attractive, they move quite slowly. Before you receive assistance, it takes 45 to 60 minutes. Additionally, the attendants suddenly vanish.
I waited about 30 minutes to have my number called, only to have to wait another 5 minutes to receive my order. They have the worst long waiting I've experienced at a drugstore, when other pharmacies with long queues do not make me wait for 30 minutes. Better to buy from different pharmacies because Mercury Drug Store has no plans to improve their system and service.
Poor customer services specially to the counter area 1customer could take atleast 30mins. To finish? AHAHA at the numbering so poor also! When this shop could improve? Every time that I bought here it's always the same!
