Called more than a few times, no answer. Sent a chat, no response. I suppose they have no desire to work today…but again, this is not the first time this has happened to me. I guess customer service is out the door with this bank.
I’m absolutely amazed at the ease they provide when needing substantial help! I’m beyond pleased by my experience! They mean what they say when they state they have your back when in need of financial relief !!
Ever try using the ATM while it’s pouring down rain?? There is no awning and rain is literally hitting your face and getting in your car. Please fix this.
