Excellent Credit Union with great loan rates and helpful staff.
USPS is being detected as fraud. Automated system won't allow the transaction even after confirming validity. Call center hung up on me after 5 minutes of hold. 0/10
MSD Federal Credit Union provides all around wonderful and professional services. The Chalfont branch is no exception. Thanks to Cynthia for always going above and beyond.

We left big banks 20 years ago and will never look back. Merck Credit Union banking services have consistently exceeded expectations over the years. They've helped our family with refinancing home loan, car loan, taught our daughter financial literacy, and helped us set up an estate account. Not to mention the FREE services like coin counting (can't find those anymore!) and notaries. The entire staff provides excellent customer service every single time. I highly recommend them.
