For the last 35 years I was working with Mercick & Bulduc accounting firm. They were purchased last year by this firm. I was assigned to work with partner Leonard Romaniello and found him to be inaccessible as he primarily works out of the Middlebury office and is rarely in Enfield. My further impressions are that he is arrogant and disrespectful with very poor follow up. Needless to say, I am taking my business elsewhere and don’t personally recommend that anyone use this law firm
