The director Kim and his mother have been so patient and helpful to my family and taking care of my dad. My dad has a lot of medical needs and my mom is also aging so it’s hard for her to manage all the care my dad needs. The team at merciful has really stepped in and gone above and beyond to care for him. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility.

Kim and Mercy are great to my dad! My father is bed bound and needs fulltime care. My dad is always comfortable and the facility is always clean. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend this place for your loved one if you are looking. My dad was put into two different places prior before my family and I made the decision to place him here and it was the BEST decision we made. Mercy and Kim provide such great comfort and care! My dad also had a feeding tube for the longest time and once he was placed here he no longer needed it because he was actually EATING! It was amazing to see! My father-in-law was at Merciful for a few months while recovering from a stroke. Mr. Kim and staff were great caregivers. My dad enjoyed the fresh food! It was always clean and taken care of. Definitely recommended!

I cannot Express what merciful assisted.Living has done for my brother. He is treated as one of the family. Everyone there is kind ,compassionate and caring. If you ever have to make that difficult decision for a loved one please remember Merciful Assisted Living...
