Wanted to love this store but their staff is extremely rude. There are far too many boutiques in the Baton Rouge area to be bothered with all that. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

Exceptional customer service! I saw a bangle bracelet on someone months ago and asked where she got it - it was at Merci Beaucoup. I live in Texas so I went online to shop and didn't see the item I was interested in, so I called the store. The associate said she wasn't sure if they had any more in stock and would get the manager for me...cue the wonderful Megan. On March 31, 2021, I purchased a couple of cute face masks. They were not as soft as I would like them, they are fashionable. Pam helped me and was very nice!
