Love this store and the on trend gifts and clothing. I always find the staff very helpful. One sales person recommended some very comfy shoes for me and I haven’t taken them off! I wear them all day at work and get lots of compliments. I feel like one of the cool kids! I’ll be back for more pairs in the other colours. Thanks.
I have hesitated for quite some time before writing this review because I genuinely love this store and had hoped that the customer service experience would improve. I have visited on many occasions and purchased gifts and homewares here, and the store itself is wonderful. It has a beautiful and varied collection, and the younger staff members I have encountered have consistently been friendly, helpful and welcoming.
