Lovely shop and items, unfortunately very rude service. I’ve shopped here 4 times and all 4 visits have been the same. Rude, disinterested. I can’t go back again.
My favourite local gift store. Always something new and exciting there!
Lots of variety and beautiful gifts. Love the Aussie tea towels and coasters. However it’s like a discotheque and perhaps one should tone the music down because I could not wait to leave due to very loud music. Perhaps quieter and calming tones because u want customers to purchase!
Absolutely adore Merchant! My go to store for any occasion. A bonus that the staff are always so helpful and kind. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Today I visited the Merchants with my daughter & 3 year old granddaughter. I am very willing to admit that taking a child of this age into such a store is not ideal, however we don’t live close & wanted to have a look. The female staff member in the shop treated us like criminals, following us around the shop & made us feel very uncomfortable. It may be a lovely shop but perhaps you would sell more with nicer staff. Won’t be returning.
