Merchants was the first bank that I signed up with when I moved to Ohio. The service from everyone has been wonderful, especially with Corinne Edinger. She has always been very helpful with service whether by email, phone or in person. Its hard to find great customer service these days, and she goes above and beyondevery time. Highly recommend this branch if ever on the look for a great bank.
