Yesterday I wasted an hour on the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. No last name given when I asked. Ever had a person withhold their name that had nothing to hide? Me either. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. I think it's time to invest in a drive up ATM in Greenfield , Ohio . This would better serve your costumers . It would be nice when it's raining or snowing plus those who are handicapped or have an injury would not have to exit their vehicle . But the main reason is safety . The current ATM leaves you vulnerable . The Fifth Third Bank on South High Street in Columbus was set up the same way and criminals took advantage of women and robbed them .
