Placed money in my savings account to open it back up. Teller informed me that it would take 24hours before I could access my funds, which was fine. Funds were not available until the following Tuesday but the tellers and manager were able to make it right by allowing me to be able to access my money early with no complications. They apologized for the inconvenience and were so sweet and swift about explaining the process to me and correcting it! P.S. I love the teller in the drive thru, she is always the sweetest!!!
The inconsiderate workers here made a mistake with my check the Friday before Christmas and I had to wait until the lady finished eating her lunch so I could get my money. Disrespectful, distasteful, worst bank ever. Highly recommend taking any banking business elsewhere!!!!
