Love my bank
These are very dishonest people who will cover up their wrongdoings instead of working with you. They do not follow FDIC guidelines and “lose paperwork” or, worse yet, create fraudulent papers to cover their mistakes. Do not trust them with your business dealings and keep records of every conversation.
Don’t go to this bank if you can avoid it. I would’ve been found another bank if it wasn’t for my credit score. Issued a dispute and was told it COULD TAKE UP TO 10 business days. Knowing this bank, i already knew I wouldn’t see that money until the 10th day because they take their sweet time. Nope. I was wrong. Come the 10th business day and still nothing in my account and when I call to ask, I get told their fraud department just started working on it that morning and it’d be reflected the next day.
