Don’t go to this bank if you can avoid it. I would’ve been found another bank if it wasn’t for my credit score. Issued a dispute and was told it COULD TAKE UP TO 10 business days. Knowing this bank, i already knew I wouldn’t see that money until the 10th day because they take their sweet time. Nope. I was wrong. Come the 10th business day and still nothing in my account and when I call to ask, I get told their fraud department just started working on it that morning and it’d be reflected the next day. The employees are always nice and helpful. They address you by your name.
I cannot wait to switch banks. They’ve drained my account due to a “system glitch” twice and it takes hours for it be refunded, I get told my deposited check would be cleared an hour ago and guess what??? It still hasn’t cleared and this is the second time this has happened. I work the exact hours the banks open, so that’s my only option with depositing my checks. And the real annoying part? Theres a holiday tomorrow so I won’t get MY MONEY until 4 days after I deposited my check. Don’t even get me started on how they block ... read more
