I'm not sure about this company. What company doesn't email or take payment over the phone? Well, I've came across this one. With all the money that they're collecting, they should invest in a credit card machine to take payments. Oh just to let you know, email is a FREE SERVICE with google, yahoo, aol etc. This company should get one.
I am giving 1 star not because of they are not good at collecting money from whoever is in bad luck, trust me they know what they are doing. I give 1 star is because they work with J.K Residential Services, one of the worst property management companies in LA area.
