Just go with a bigger bank. Staff is friendly but is no more personal or helpful than any of the larger banks while still just as complicated doing simple things like changing a name or adding people to an account. Their app and online are terrible and only available in select few cities.
Rosepine Branch is a great place to Bank staff is very friendly and knowledgeable they always have a smile and ready to help you as soon as you walk in the Bank
