The two older ladies who work there are rude. They're not helpful at all, aren't very personable, and they act as though you're bothering them. Just because you have a little tag on your desk saying that you've been working at a bank out in the sticks for 20-some years doesn't mean you need to act as though people owe you a favor for it.
