Lumpers do a poor job of communicating. Spent about three(3) hours waiting on lumpers even after making payment. From entering to leaving a total of six (6) hours. DM'S kept messaging and I kept updating and kept waiting for lumpers. Calling on phone was no help. Had to get DM'S and customer service involved to check on them. Very lousy lumper customer service at this location.
DO NOT GO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ABSOLUTE garbage company to deliver to. $250+ lumpers, and 10+ hour unloading times even when coming in early. DO NOT GO. Absolutely the worst people to deal with, 2025 and they still doing business like its 1980s, but slower and with garbage attitudes.
Omg this has got the be my worst delivery of 2025. I had a 0600 appointment. I checked in at 0545 ish. I was instructed to go back to my truck and wait on a call. The call didnt come until 0950. They gave me a door and that is where I would sit until almost 1400. Wow it was that bad! DRIVERS STAY AWAY!!!
The actual address for this place is not what is on the paper work. Best to look up MDI - HICKORY, NC.
Cant speak for deliveries but pick up was super fast.. apt 11 am Check in 9am got door right away Out by 10.10am
