I arrived 5 hrs for a 1600 Sunday appointment with frozen cake. They called me to a door at 1400 didn't touch my load until 1900 didn't finish out the unloading process until 0100 the next day. That's 9 hrs past my appointment time 11 hr in a door. Does anyone think this is acceptable performance? They have a staging area by the gard shack bathrooms and a dumpster. Very nice set up for hanging out. Thank you Capstone for the experience.
