Virgil was very helpful and kind gentleman over the telephone. My doctor stopped treating me so I stopped paying him. The doctor made negligent accusations also, so I intentionally waited for collections to inconvenience Dr. Brian Couri of Endeavor Health. I paid the balance in full with the help of Virgil. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ll take a slight bump on my 820’s credit score over principle. Thanks for the help, Virgil! I called them to explain everything and they told me to call the hospital and let them know they’d have to contact the debt collectors. Lone behold, I call the hospital, and they tell me that my account says I owe $0 and that it doesn’t show as anything going to collections, since they don’t go through Merchants Credit Guide Company, and they go through a different collections agency. These people don't even tell you why they are texting you and claiming you owe a debt. They want information out of you but won't give any information to why they are saying you owe a debt. Then they hang up on you They make you suspicious they are scammers! Friendly a third person spoke with me and told me who reported me but started yelling at me.
