Extremely hateful and aggressive over the phone. Harassing me over 20$.
Lady that called me was very rude and condescending. Lied to me about being a debt collector when directly asked. From the beginning of the recorded (on my phone) phone call I told this employee I was less than 24 hours post major surgery and highly medicated preventing me from speaking about anything that may be a legally binding conversation yet she continued digging for information and kept me on the phone. When she lied to me about being a debt collector I called her out on it and hung up. Scum of person and company
After having tried to clear it multiple times they continue to call to the point myself and hospital have reported them. Extremely rude
