Zero customer service skills and incompetent staff & branch manager. Zero empathy, resolution skills or customer appreciation. I lost my card + $305 in cash while doing an ATM deposit. I went into the bank immediately hoping to get some assistance, only to be met with very unhelpful staff with zero sense of urgency. I was told I would be called in the morning, but never was.
