We were in a 3 year process of building our dream home. The 1st Lender we went with made things exceptionally difficult to navigate. When we were introduced to Beth our stress melted away. She answers all questions in a fast manner and explains things that are confusing in an easy to understand way that makes you feel like you know what is actually happening. We are forever thank full for her help and guidance.
I have used this branch for a mortgage, loans , checking and cd's. My only concern has been the amount of turnover among over the personnel. Not the image of stability a bank tries to project. The service, on the other hand, has always been very good. The women at the front desk, Kirsten ? has been extremely helpfull in directing my dealings with the bank.
There is always someone there that can help you out with whatever you need.

La Crescent location has amazing service I could not be happier with how they handle r banking needs!!! Just 100%!! Other locations have been a huge disappointment unfortunately!
