Merchants Bank offers excellent customer service. We’ve had accounts with them since they bought out American Bank, so really for over 20 years. Personal bankers are knowledgeable and demonstrate a desire to assist with any situation or need. I always feel important and valued, more than just a number. Theresa demonstrated that again to me today!
