The customer service rep that was at the drive through was exceptionally polite and pleasant.
Worst bank ever! Delayed the closing process on my house, hours non-conducive do people that work “typical” schedules, online banking takes days to be updated, and have made several mistakes with my automatic transactions. Avoid at all costs if possible.
