This is the worst merchant management group I have ever dealt with in the 25 years my family has been in the restaurant business. We used them at two of our locations- Ordercounter. They nonstop have problems with their system, credit card receipt totals do not match the itemized bill totals, credit card receipts disappear from the POS causing employees not to be able to enter their tips and when you call for help they tell you they will get back to you but never do. Horrible customer follow up with MMG we have attempted to resolve an overcharge in excess of $1500 after we cancelled their service. We have made multiple calls, emails and messages to several contacts at MMG over the past 6 months annd no one anttempted to return our calls annd messages. we just get the run around from them. I would not recommend MMG for any services they offer. If Google had negative stars they would get -5 stars for sure. All businesses beware!!!!!!!!

Our company used MMG for over 25 years . Their customer service and support was amazing . Having a local group to be able to call and any issues being fixed promptly was the best . My family and myself appreciate all the great years as your customers.
