One of the most horrific experience I’ve ever had talking to a lawyer in my 60 years of life. Extremely rude arrogant, and made it quite clear he had no time to speak to me The phone call was unprofessional and I can only express as rudeness. It was a two minute conversation where I was humiliated beyond belief If this is what you consider a lawyers etiquette, then he needs to go back to school
Phoned the the office to speak to a lawyer about class action questions. The lawyer (didn’t identify himself) wouldn’t let me finish any of my sentences before cutting me off. And then hung up on me when I asked if I could kindly finish my question. I didn’t get angry or upset on the phone, was polite and respectful. And while he did say he was sorry to hear about my situation he cut me off at every turn. At least let a person explain their situation in full and the direction that they are looking for before just hanging up.
