Gerold promised that we would see the person. Get what deserved . In the end we got a agreement that the judge set down . And that was it no trial no nothing . Then when we needed just a quick answer he wanted 400 just to speak to us . In my opinion he's a crook and thinks he's a big shot lawyer but really does nothing that he says he will do . Woukd never recommend this lawter yo anyone .

If I go give no stars I would. I seen Karolee for family law. I lost out on over 50,000 on back pay for child support because she didn't understand how maintenance enforcement office worked. I had an old agreement that needed to be properly written including that my ex was to provide yearly income tax as in the previous agreement i was being underpaid for several plus years. My personal experience with Merchant Law was not good. When I first went to a lawyer, I was told there would be no cost unless the case went to court. Eventually, we got to a place where I was told (I am paraphrasing) "if I continue, the next step is court, and that will incur costs, if you stop now, it won't cost anything" I chose to give up since by this time we knew that the case would not go my way due to who the defendant is.
