Absolutely so rude. Lacks professionalism, should be reported to the law society for conduct. Cut me off and asked if I would pay for an intro meeting for 650$ to give me advice and basically if not nice talking to you. If I could give minus stars I would.
Had a clear case with video footage of people trying to kill me. It involved the police so he said no. Not interested in easy cases with video footage. This guy is not serious.
I’ve used this law firm numerous times over the years, the latest with Drew Filyk, who did exactly what I needed. Drew’s assistant, Shielamay, and the receptionists deserve a pay raise (Thank you!)
I reached out for help and they couldn’t assist me (understandable if they don’t specialize in the situation), but they came across quite unprofessional and rude. No greetings, no punctuation, no subject line, no sign off. Just a single line saying they can’t help. Regardless of whether not my situation applied to their services, I won’t consider them for any legal requirements in the future and steer anyone I know from them as well.
