At first, I was really happy with the product and the price. Joe was very quick with delivery, and everything seemed smooth. However, after some time, the couch stopped working, and when I reached out for support, Joe stopped answering calls and responding to messages. This has been extremely frustrating, and I regret my initial praise. I can’t recommend this service based on my experience
Went in 2 months ago to purchase a bed frame. Joe stated it was back order for 2 weeks. 2 weeks comes around, I still haven't heard anything from him. So I called to check in. It took couple days to get back to me saying it still back order. My husband went to the store to get an update and it was still back order. So we requested a refund a month ago.
