Very disappointing experience, particularly when it comes to communication and follow-through. I have used this CPA several times, and unfortunately, poor communication has been a consistent problem. Calls frequently go unreturned, and getting a response to emails has been extremely difficult. Most recently, I contacted him about completing a CPA review for my company. He runs a one man office. It is him by himself. He touts that as a good thing. Unfortunately if you want anything done, he isn't the guy. He is extremely slow, he doesn't respond to emails or calls. I called him after a month of not receiving a call back and he responded "I've been busy" i will get back to you. Di he call back? Nope. Very unprofessional. I am glad he showed me the man he is before i trusted him with my business info.
