Deb H. offers among the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken for mature adults (or perhaps those relatively new to yoga). Mostly Hatha yoga that moves at a reasonable pace with acknowledgments that individuals may need adjustments in some poses. Each class begins with warm-up stretching, moves into poses, and concludes with stretching and rest. Had rotator cuff surgurgy and came here for PT. Could not be happier. Alex and Rick do an excellent job. Treat you with respect and care. Shoulder is doing great so would highly recommend.
I went for physical therapy they were carrying and know what they are doing. Going there still trying to build up and strengthen a shoulder. Really nice gym.
