Higher prices on propane, double dip on tank rent and terrible customer service. We had been with them over 30 years and I changed to a company that is cheaper on prices, doesn't charge tank rent and has excellent customer service. I even got to talk to the owner, didn't feel talked down to, everyone was very polite
I don't know why this company ended up with a one star review.. i called around and did extensive shopping and they not only had the best pricing in the tri county area but they were also very courteous on the phone. I am setting up an account today!
