Over the last 2 years this place has made some great changes! It’s a warm environment with some amazing staff.
Being a dialysis patient I have my good days and bad days. Luckily the staff are on their toes the whole time. PT has been amazing. Coming to my room for bed exercise when I'm having a bad day, no energy, unable to walk any further then the bathroom in the room. Only downside is I was promised a private room, once I actually was able to move in, another patient had to take it. Food is decent. Activities are fun. I don't even want to give them one star but I have to in order to leave a review. This place was the farthest thing from professional and caring. It's like an assembly line as long as there money is good they are at least fed. But these employees are there for a paycheck and don't have any care about ur loved ones mental well being or health or dignity. My mother was there for years I'm embarrassed to admit..She died unexpectedly and the staff treated our family like punks and threw all my mother's things away about an hour ... read more
One star is to much for this facility. DONT EVER LET A LOVED EVEN WALK NEAR THIS PLACE. it all adds up why this place has terrible reviews. I will elaborate more after the lawsuit
My Mother was a patient very insufficient staff She rang the buzzer to go to the bathroom someone came in an hour later.Also went to see her I asked the person behind the desk to please bring her some Tylenol they never did I really believe my Mom would be dead if we hadn’t gotten her out when we did
