Not help full at all. Unfriendly and very rude ! Was asking for information about renting a Bike for Uber eats ; the answer was :no. and the owner turn on the phone without answering my next question ! This is not a way to welcome someone. I don’t recommande

Greg always goes above and beyond when we come into Mercer Cycles! In the past year Greg has sold and setup 3 bikes for the family! The most recent purchase was an EEVO X Cruiz.. it has been ridden every single day since Christmas and is well loved. Any time we have a question about any of the bikes, Greg is always more than happy to answer any of our questions!
I was let down by 99bikes Sucess on the assembly of my new e-bike. Called Mercer and explained what was needed done and assembled. Was told $100-$150 cash only for the assembly. Now the Aventon Aventure 2 comes nicely packed and its estimated to take 30-45 mins to assemble the bike. I decided to go to the specialists to make sure it was assembled correctly so was happy to pay the going rate, Got a text to say the bike was ready and was $200 for the assembly and cash only.
