Awesome service, the team went above and beyond to fix my tyre puncture in record time (while they were moving shop!). I'm super happy with this service 🌟
I brought my e-bike from Greg last Saturday, I had to bring it back for fixing, Greg got back to me on the one day this week there closed. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes no charge and great conversation to boot, I 1000% recommend Greg and Mercer Cycles for all e-bike and all cycle related needs.
Not help full at all. Unfriendly and very rude ! Was asking for information about renting a Bike for Uber eats ; the answer was :no. and the owner turn on the phone without answering my next question ! This is not a way to welcome someone. I don’t recommande
