Just got off the phone with possibly the NASTIEST bank teller and human that I have ever encountered. Anne, you may want to consider a new profession because "customer service" is DEFINITELY not your forte... she made me repeat myself so many times that I had to honestly ask her if we had a bad phone connection. And I still didn't get an answer to my original question. Taking my business elsewhere thanks to Anne.
The best customer service in Mecer County, John help me save on a loan . I recommend them.
They need to add a 24hr line for card issues. I’ve had multiple instances with my card getting locked while on a weekend trip with no recourse. It’s 2025 is pretty unacceptable to not an emergency line for this.
