Don't ever sign up and get any of the employee benefits through this company. They do not stick to the payroll deduction that they set up. I got ripped off by this company. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with in my life. This company has no business dealing with any type of insurance policies.
Customer service is horrible... i processed to have my newborn son added to my insurence... its been over a month he is still not added... everytime i call i get it processing will take 24/48 hrs and here it is he still not added i cant get my son to the doctor and they rep had the nerve to tell me to pay out of pocket and then file a claim... this company is a disgrace.
