Extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Paramus. I waited over an hour before anyone even came to assist me because they were “busy.” Not once did anyone offer an apology or anything to make up for the excessive wait. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, I had another issue today and once again, they did absolutely nothing to help me. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my car into service. Picked up a loaner. The loaner was a nightmare from the beginning. The tire pressure lights kept coming on. I had to put air in the passenger rear tire. The morning I was supposed to pick up my car, I came outside to a completely flat tire. I called MB and told them about the flat. They told me since my car was ready, to pay for my service and a valet would bring me my car and pick up the loaner. That was at 7:... read more

Andrew Franco is the absolute best! I had an older car with a lot of issues that I was trading in, and he worked out the deal incredibly well despite all the challenges. He kept me updated every step of the way, even with all the changes along the way. He even stayed until 9 PM to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy. Truly went above and beyond. I’ll be using him for all my future car purchases!
