Dishonest and unnecessarily/excessively time consuming. I bought a 4 year old GLS 580. On the date of purchase, it took two hours to simply meet with the department we needed to meet with to sign the documents. A week after purchase I go notice that the battery was dying. I took it in and the battery had completely failed. The service department said this would have been known at the time of sale since they do the same tests prior to sale and recommended I contact the sales department. I bought my new 2026 GLC 300 2 days ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Shawna and Kosta were both incredible. Both were so, so, so helpful, not only helping me find the best car but also walking me through the features, test drive, setting up the app, and the overall end-to-end process. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Gerhart and it’s now like going back to see an old friend. I’ll miss him when he retires. He knows I like to be as efficient as possible and he returned my old lease and got me into a new car in less than 2 hours!
