MB financial is very consistent at giving a run around and not returning any of clients calls or concerns. I Leased a vehicle from MB and purchased the lease out in August.. I have requested for the title for 6 months now with no resolution or calls back form any supervisor. 6 months, 10 plus calls and still don't have title to a car I paid off in August/

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC for over charged us $3000 for non-existent scratches and tire wear. They did not tell us when we returned our leased car, but surprised us with a bill a month after. When we asked if we could dispute the charges, they said they don't have a process for customers to dispute the charges.

They are just bunch of thieves and have the worst customer service. They do not care of what the customer states and even if they have mis-informed you, they don't care and screw you over. Do not ever buy from them!!!

I've been a long time Mercedes Benz customer and was really happy until now. I've been financing and leasing since 2009. I recently turned my car in because my lease was up and apparently was over in miles. I've spent more in the past by buying extra mileage and didn't get a refund for it and it wasn't even taken into consideration when I went over for the first time on this trade in. I called to schedule a vehicle pre inspection like I do with all my leased vehicles prior to lease end. Mercedes offered me a schedule date 20 days out. They blamed the 3rd party inspection company for the lengthy timeframe and took ZERO responsibility. I have never had such horrible customer service in the 15 years I've leased. I am a long time Mercedes customer and this is my 3rd lease from them. Every time i use to return my lease the car dealership looks at the car and tells me if there is any issue. This time they just took the key and then i get a bill for 5000 for small defects from regular wear and tear. they changed the way they do inspection so that they can scam people and there is nothing you can do about it. Got One mersedes in 2015 > manager forgot to activate maintenence (was paid separatelly) but didn't forgot to include in lease agreament. Over 45K before tax. Traid in this car in 2017 and in first day of application Mersedes make 5 (FIVE) Hard pool reqwests. After all in 3 months after finally car arrived make another 2 Hard Pool and finaly was approved by MB finantial. Car around 90K before tax. I leased a car from Mercedes Benz of Chandler and turned it in on February 21st 2017, four days before the lease maturity date. Prior to the turn in date, I had a pre-inspection of the car to see what I would be charged for (scratches, dings, etc). There were four areas in particular that were cited in the report that I was going to be charged for, totaling $1,772. I had ALL of these things fixed BEFORE I turned in the car. I returned a cream puff 2013 ML 350 with 15,000 miles after 3 years and got a bill for $4800 $2000 "for a scratch bigger than a credit card" ( i was told) on the bumper athough brand new bumper covers are anywhere from $50 to $300 and another $2000 in miscellaneous charges.
