Mercedes Finance is terrible as I can’t login to the app or the website to get my statements and when I called they said they can’t send them to me so the only option is for them to contact their IT department and it will take 3 days for them to get back to me I can call every other lender I deal with and get my statements today but not with Mercedes

Ravi was an amazing person and handled my vehicle finance very smoothly. He is a real asset to Merc Berwick. We came back to Berwick after about 5 months was because of Ravi's positive attitude and also Dennis's great customer service. They both made my first Merc ownership a memorable on in a great way. I am exceptionally happy with the service provided by Martha Klish, from Mercedes-Benz Canberra. I did not feel pursued or pressured at any time, but was provided with the merits of the vehicle, which were well explained. In addition, the extended test drive provided cemented the decision to purchase. This is not my first new Mercedes-Benz, but under the great leadership of Briar Ferguson, this purchase has been the most seamless and stressless to date. Many thanks.
