The staff is always friendly and helpful! They all know their customers and are quick and efficient. They’ve helped us with loans as well as our everyday banking, always a pleasure doing business with them! :D
I asked my husband to run an errand for my mom and I on 12/12/25 around 5:30pm. He went through the drive thru because he had our sleeping child in the back. For what ever reason the teller advised him “he will be doing this one time favor of accepting a check deposit but next time he’ll have to come inside the branch because it’s too much work.” First off, MSEFCU, when did a simple check deposit become such a hassle and inconvenience for your members?
