Got right in, had my finances done properly & with a smile.
Dealing with Barbara will get you no where. She’s rude from the moment you approach her, completely unwilling to help, and acts like doing her job is a burden. Instead of listening or offering solutions, she talks over you, argues, and gives incorrect information, then refuses to admit any fault. Never had any issues after banking here for years. Even with the new location everything has been smooth and all staff is wonderful. But if you ever work with Barbara stay away she is rude and will not help you at all. Will argue and say the wrong thing then not take credibility. She’s extremely uneducated and arrogant!
I needed help with questions about my car loan. My answer was “we can’t help you with that and there is no loan agent at the moment”Not a reliable bank always low on staff. Very unprofessional. Low sources. Yeah they change to a nicer building but only one loan agent. They need more loan agents.
