I needed help with questions about my car loan. My answer was “we can’t help you with that and there is no loan agent at the moment”Not a reliable bank always low on staff. Very unprofessional. Low sources. Yeah they change to a nicer building but only one loan agent. They need more loan agents.
I have always been helped with professional, courtesy, and kindness service. Wonderful people working at the Los Banos branch.
Your ATM just ate my $490 cash deposit while trying to use your pos machine. It doesn't show up in my account as if I put any money inside. ATM location is at Los Banos Mercy springs Blvd and Pacheco blvd
