Team members are very unhelpful and make a point to not go out of their way to help customers. I needed help today and they were Refusing to help me all I needed was a paystub. They do my Employers payroll. I called there three times. The first time they took down none of my information. The second time they took down a little bit of my information and the third time I was told they were unable to help.
Great experience at Mercantile Bank. Patricia DeGroot is always very helpful and knowledgeable!
Nolee did a great job helping me set up my business account. I would highly recommend this location.
Not happy that the ATM stole my card and I now have to wait 7-10 days to receive a new card and I know for certain that this same ATM has stolen other members cards in the past. If this is a continued issue then why hasn't anything been done. It's such an inconvenience!
